2. In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Access to Justice Act 1999(1)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (g), delete “or”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (h), for “business.” substitute “business, or”
(c)after sub-paragraph (h), insert—
“(i)attending an interview conducted on behalf of the Secretary of State with a view to his reaching a decision on a claim for asylum (as defined by section 167(1) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999(2)).”.
