NUCLEAR SAFEGUARDS
This Order brings into force the provisions of the Nuclear Safeguards Act 2000, except for Article 5(1)(b) and certain provisions of 5(2) both of which relate to matters which will come into force at a later date.
Commencement2
—Subject to article 3 below, the Act shall come into force on 1st May 2004.
