3.—(1) This Order applies to the whole of the district of Mid-Bedfordshire except—
(a)the entire length of the M1, including its on and off slip roads, within the district;
(b)the entire length of the A1, including its on and off slip roads, within the district;
(c)the entire length of the A5 within the district;
(d)the entire length of the A421 within the district;
(e)the entire length of the A6 within the district;
(f)the A507 from its junction with the A600 at Shefford, and including the circulatory carriageway of the roundabout that forms that junction, to its junction with the A1 at Stotfold;
(g)the A600 from its junction with the A507 at Shefford to the northern boundary of the district; and
(h)the B530 from the northern boundary of the district to the northern property boundary of number 65 Bedford Street, Ampthill.
(2) This Order applies to the whole of the district of South Bedfordshire except—
(a)the entire length of the M1, including its on and off slip roads and the motorway link road between junctions 10 and 10A, within the district;
(b)the entire length of the A6, including its on and off slip roads, within the district; and
(c)the entire length of the A5 within the district.
