The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 16(1) of the Legal Deposit Libraries Act 20031, and after consultation with Scottish Ministers and the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with section 16(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
