Citation, commencement and interpretation
1. These Rules may be cited as the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2004 and shall come into force—
(a)for the purposes of rules 2, 3, 5-9, 15, 16 and 20(1), and this rule, on 1st June 2004; and
(b)for all other purposes, on 30th June 2004.
