Amendment of regulation 21A of the Housing Benefit Regulations and regulation 13A of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations

7.  In regulation 21A(3)(1) of the Housing Benefit Regulations and regulation 13A(3)(2) of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations (treatment of childcare charges) the words “over the benefit period” shall be omitted.
