This Order reconstitutes the Bridlington Harbour Commissioners and provides that they shall be known by that name. It provides that the Commissioners shall be eleven in number and that ten of that number shall be appointed by the Commissioners from among persons having experience in relevant matters; and that the Chief Executive shall serve as a Commissioner. The Order also provides that the periods of appointment of the Commissioners shall expire in rotation and makes other provision with respect to the Commissioners, increases the borrowing powers of the Commissioners to £5 million and provides for the establishment of a consultative body or bodies.
