These Regulations amend regulation 5 of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Regulations 1998 to substitute a reference to the 12th edition of the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic” published in 2003.

In regulation 5(1) of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Regulations 19983 for “the booklet entitled ‘Dangerous Traffic’, 11th Edition issued in 2001”4 there shall be substituted “the booklet entitled ‘Dangerous Traffic’, 12th Edition issued in 2003”.
