Amendments to the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 19942

In the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1994 3—

a

in regulation 2(1)—

i

for the definition of “the Commission Decision” there shall be substituted the following definition —

“the Commission Decision” means Commission Decision 2004/370/EC4 authorising methods for grading pig carcases in the United Kingdom;

ii

in the definition of “pig carcase”, for “Articles 2 and 2a” there shall be substituted “Articles 3 and 4”; and

b

in regulation 6(b), for “Article 3” there shall be substituted “Article 5”.
