(e)flora;

(f)soil;

(g)water;

(h)air;

(i)climatic factors;

(j)material assets;

(k)cultural heritage, including architectural and archaeological heritage;

(l)landscape; and

(m)the inter-relationship between the issues referred to in sub-paragraphs (a) to (l).
