10. An employer [F1or fishing vessel owner] shall–
(a)keep records which are adequate to show whether regulations 6(1), 7(1), (3) and (4) and 8(1) are being complied with in the case of each worker [F1or fisherman] employed by him in relation to whom they apply; and
(b)retain such records for two years from the date on which they are made.
