An employer F1or fishing vessel owner shall–
a
keep records which are adequate to show whether regulations 6(1), 7(1), (3) and (4) and 8(1) are being complied with in the case of each worker F1or fisherman employed by him in relation to whom they apply; and
b
retain such records for two years from the date on which they are made.
