Insolvency Act 1986 (c. 45)
14. In section 233 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (supplies of gas, water, electricity etc.)(1)–
(a)in subsection (3)(c), for “a water authority” substitute “Scottish Water”; and
(b)in subsection (5), paragraph (c) is repealed.
