5. In Schedule 5 to the Act (repeals)—
(a)the entries relating to the Professions Supplementary to Medicine Act 1960 and the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1997 in so far as they are not already in force;
(b)the entry relating to section 15(1B) to (1D) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1).
