In rule 31(3) for the word “eighteen” there shall be substituted the word “sixteen” and for the words from “a lay person” to “associated with the deanery” there shall be inserted the words “on the community roll or, in the case of Westminster Abbey, St George’s Chapel, Windsor and the cathedral church of Christ in Oxford declared by the dean to be an habitual worshipper at the cathedral church”.
