In paragraph 4(2)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1996 11 (powers to remove directors, trustees etc. of registered social landlords) at the end insert “or disqualification undertaking under the Companies Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002”.
