CHARITIES
This Order amends the Charter of the Institution of Chemical Engineers in order to give effect to a Scheme made by the Charity Commissioners permitting the Institution to apply funds to the payment of indemnity insurance premiums in respect of the Institution’s Council members in their capacity as trustees.

The Charter of the Institution of Chemical Engineers shall be amended in the manner set out in the Schedule to this Order.
