(a)for “rules made” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rules made by virtue of”,
(b)in paragraph (a), omit “under”, and
(c)in paragraph (b), omit “under section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (c. 43) by virtue of”.
