The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2004

3.  Section 3(1) and (2)(a) to (i) of the 2001 Act (conduct prohibited without a licence) shall come into force on 27^th September 2004 in the police areas of—

(a) Dyfed Powys;

(b) Gwent;

(c) North Wales; and

(d) South Wales.
