88.—(1) In its application to a converting [F2UK Societas] on or after registration [F3the Companies Acts] shall have effect with the modifications set out in [F4paragraphs 2 to 9] of Schedule 4 to these Regulations.
(2) On and after registration a converting [F2UK Societas] shall be known by the name contained in [F5the certificate given under regulation 87(3)] (subject to [F6any change of name by the converting [F2UK Societas]]).
(3) The persons named in [F7the application for registration] shall be deemed to have been appointed as the first directors or secretaries of a converting [F2UK Societas] on registration.
