Notification of a change of the keeper’s name or address

6.  In regulation 18—

(a) in paragraph (1) after the word “been” there shall be added the words “, or may have been,”;

(b) after paragraph (1) there shall be added—

“(1A) Where the registration document has been, or may have been, lost, stolen or destroyed, notification under paragraph (1) shall be accompanied by an application for the issue of a new registration document and a fee of £19.”;

(c) in paragraph (2) for the words “paragraph (1)” there shall be substituted the words “this regulation”.
