3. In regulation 8 of the Child Support (Information, Evidence and Disclosure) Regulations 1992(1) (disclosure of information to a court or tribunal) in paragraph (1), after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(cc)a person with a right of appeal under the Act to an appeal tribunal,”.
