3.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), this Order applies to—
(a)the whole of the city of Cambridge;
(b)the part of the district of South Cambridgeshire situated between the boundary of the Trumpington park and ride site as indicated by the inner edge of the park and ride site boundary line and the boundary of the city of Cambridge indicated by the outer edge of the city council boundary line in plan 2 of Schedule 1 and the location of which in relation to the city of Cambridge is indicated in Plan 1 of Schedule 1;
(c)the part of the district of South Cambridgeshire situated between the boundary of the Babraham Road park and ride site indicated by the inner edge of the boundary line of the Babraham Road park and ride site and the boundary of the city of Cambridge as indicated by the outer edge of the city council boundary line in plan 3 of Schedule 1 and the location of which in relation to the city of Cambridge is indicated in plan 1 of Schedule 1; and
(d)the part of the district of South Cambridgeshire situated within the boundary of the Newmarket Road park and ride site as indicated by the inner edge of the park and ride site boundary line in plan 4 of Schedule 1 and the location of which in relation to the city of Cambridge is indicated in plan 1 of Schedule 1.
(2) This Order does not apply to—
(a)the entire length of the M11, including its on and off slip roads, within the city; and
(b)the entire length of the A14 within the city.
