The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by paragraph 12(4) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000(1), hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (Prescribed Documents) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 22nd October 2004.
2. The accounts, reports and other documents listed in the Schedule are hereby prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 12(4) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000.
3. The Northern Ireland Act 2000 (Prescribed Documents) Order 2002(2) is hereby revoked.

This Order prescribes accounts, reports and other documents for the purpose of paragraph 12(4) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c. 1). The documents concerned are documents that would be laid, presented or made to the Northern Ireland Assembly, were it not currently suspended under section 1 of the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (brought into force on 15th October 2002 by S.I. 2002/2574). The effect of prescribing the documents in this Order is that, while the Assembly is suspended, the documents must be laid before each House of Parliament.
