2. To the extent to which they have not already been commenced, the following provisions of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 shall come into force on 31 October 2004:
(a)Part 8;
(b)section 111(2);
(c)in Schedule 6, paragraph 7;
(d)in Schedule 7, paragraphs 4, 5, 7, 9, 10(1) to (6), 11(4) and (5), 12 to 15, 18, and 21; and
(e)in Schedule 9, the repeals relating to—
(i)the Land Compensation Act 1973(1);
(ii)the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975(2);
(iii)the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980(3);
(iv)the Highways Act 1980(4);
(v)the Housing Act 1988(5);
(vi)in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990(6), sections 226 and 245;
(vii)in the Planning and Compensation Act 1991(7), Schedule 18;
(viii)the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993(8); and
(ix)the Regional Development Agencies Act 1998(9).
