9. In section 432AA(4)(1) (as modified by the Insurance Companies Regulations) after paragraph (aa) insert—
“(ab)child trust fund business;”.
Section 432AA was inserted by paragraph 39 of Schedule 5 to the Finance Act 1998 and modified by regulation 11 of S.I. 1998/1871.
