Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as The New Relationship with Schools (Governors' Annual Report) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 5^th November 2004.

(2) In this Order–

“the schools” means the 65 schools listed in the Schedule.
