The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, in exercise of his powers under sections 9(1), 10(1), 25(1) and (3) and 32 of the Antarctic Act 19941, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
