The Controls on Certain Azo Dyes and Blue Colourant (Amendment) Regulations 2004

Amendment

2.  The Controls on Certain Azo Dyes and “Blue Colourant” Regulations 2003(1) are amended as follows:

(a) by inserting at the end of regulation 4(2) “which shall be determined by an appropriate test set out in Schedule 3”;

(b) by inserting at the end of regulation 4(4)(b)(ii) “which shall be determined by an appropriate test set out in Schedule 3”; and

(c) by inserting the following Schedule:
