10. In regulation 1(7) (c) (ii) (Application) of the Merchant Shipping (Fire Protection: Large Ships) Regulations 1998(1), for the words “The Merchant Shipping (High-Speed Craft) Regulations 1996” there shall be substituted the words “The Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004”.
