8. In regulation 3(2)(f) (Interpretation) of the Merchant Shipping (Radio Installations) Regulations 1998(1), for the words “The Merchant Shipping (High-Speed Craft) Regulations 1996” there shall be substituted the words “The Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004”.
