3. A person authorised—
(a)in Guernsey by the licensing authority or by the Chief Revenue Officer; or
(b)in Jersey by the Agent of the Impôts, to exercise any power for the purposes of this Schedule shall, if requested so to do, produce evidence of his authority before exercising that power.
