Amendment of section 2 of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 20012.

In section 2(1) of the 2001 Act7, for “16” there is substituted “10”.

Section 2(1) is amended by section 87(2) of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (c. 38).
