Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No 3) Order 19745
Article 6(6) of the Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) Order (No 3) 19745 (compulsory purchase orders), is amended as follows—
a
after the words “Fire Services Act 1947” insert “or Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004”; and
b
after the words “fire authority” insert “or fire and rescue authority”.
