1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Water Mergers (Modification of Enactments) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 29th December 2004.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the 1991 Act” means the Water Industry Act 1991; and
“the 2002 Act” means the Enterprise Act 2002(1).
