CHRISTMAS DAY TRADING

The Christmas Day (Trading) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 6(3) of the Christmas Day (Trading) Act 2004(1) hereby makes the following Order:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Christmas Day (Trading) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2004.

2.  9th December 2004 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the Christmas Day (Trading) Act 2004.
