8. In rule 44.12A—
(a)at the beginning of sub-paragraph (1)(c), omit “except as referred to in paragraph (1A)”;
(b)omit paragraph (1A); and
(c)at the end of paragraph (1), omit the cross-reference to rule 21.10.
