1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Amendment) Regulations 2004.
(2) Regulations 1, 3 and 4 of these Regulations shall come into force on 9th March 2004 and regulation 2 shall come into force on 1st April 2004.
(3) In these Regulations “the 2002 Regulations” means the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) Regulations 2002(1).
(4) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
