This Order may be cited as the General Drainage Charges (Anglian Region) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 22nd March 2004.

The General Drainage Charges (Anglian Region) Order 19902 is hereby revoked.
Ascertainment of amount of general drainage charge2
— For the purposes of ascertaining the amount per hectare at which a general drainage charge may be raised by the Environment Agency under section 134 of the Water Resources Act 1991 for a local flood defence district specified in the first column of the Schedule for the year ending 31st March 2005 or any subsequent year, the number by which the relevant quotient3 is to be multiplied (as well as being multiplied by one penny) shall be the number shown in the second column of the Schedule in respect of the district in question.
