Transfer of trust property
2.—(1) On the date that this Order comes into force the trust property and any rights and liabilities arising from that property(1) shall be transferred to the relevant new Trust.
(2) The trust property which shall be transferred to the Sherwood Forest Hospitals National Health Service Trust is the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Sherwood Forest Hospitals National Health Service Trust, and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 23rd May 2003 and on behalf of the Sherwood Forest Hospitals National Health Service Trust on 29th May 2003.
(3) The trust property which shall be transferred to the Nottingham City Hospital National Health Service Trust is the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Nottingham City Hospital National Health Service Trust, and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 23rd May 2003 and on behalf of the Nottingham City Hospital National Health Service Trust on 4th June 2003.

See section 96 of the 1977 Act as amended by paragraph 29 of Schedule 4 to the 1999 Act which makes supplementary provision regarding transfers of property under section 92 of that Act.
