SCHEDULE 2 REVOCATIONS

The following Regulations are hereby revoked—

• the National Health Service (General Medical Services Supplementary List) Regulations 2001(1); and

• the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services) (Services List) and the (General Medical Services) and (General Medical Services Supplementary List) Amendment Regulations 2003(2).
