Transitional provisions
6.—(1) The transitional provisions in Schedule 3 to this Order shall have effect.
(2) Paragraph (1) shall come into force—
(a)so far as it relates to paragraph 4 of Schedule 3 to this Order, on 1st April 2005; and
(b)otherwise, on 1st April 2004.
