The State Pension Credit (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2004

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 175(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19921, sections 10(6), 79(1), (4) and (6) and 84 of the Social Security Act 19982 and sections 7(4), 15(3), (4), (6)(a) and (b), and 17(1) of the State Pension Credit Act 20023, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals to make these Regulations should not be referred to it4, hereby makes the following Regulations:
