Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st April 2004.

These Regulations, except regulations 10 and 11, extend to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

In these Regulations “the Act” means the Communications Act 2003.
