16.—(1) This paragraph applies where the issue fee payable is [F1£33.00].U.K.

(2) Sub-paragraphs (2) to (5) of paragraph 12 are to have effect subject to the following modifications—

[F2(a)sub-paragraph (2)(b) is to have effect as if it provided for the amount of each of the 10 instalments to be [F3£13.65];]

[F4(b)sub-paragraph (3)(b) is to have effect as if it provided for the amount of each of the [F5first 7 instalments to be [F6£17.07] and the amount of the final instalment to be [F7£17.01]];]

[F8(c)sub-paragraph (4)(b) is to have effect as if it provided for the amount of each of the [F96 instalments to be [F10£22.75]];]

[F11(d)sub-paragraph (5)(b) is to have effect as if it provided for the amount of each of the [F12first 3 instalments to be £34.13 and the final instalment to be £34.11.].]
