SCHEDULE 2 U.K. FEES FOR TV LICENCES PAYABLE BY INSTALMENTS

PART 3 U.K. Easy entry television licence (including colour)

9.  Where no payment is made in respect of the licence before the due date— U.K.

(a) the amount of the first instalment (referred to in this Part as the “issue fee”) is to be [F1 £6.50] payable on the date on which the licence is issued;

(b) 25 further instalments are to be payable at weekly intervals with the first of those instalments being payable on the date which is the last day of the period of 1 week beginning on the day immediately following the date on which the licence is issued;

[F2 (c) the amount of each of the first 2 of those instalments is to be £6.50 and the amount of each of the remaining 23 instalments is to be £6.00].
