Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996

25.  In regulation 6(2) of the Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996(1) (consultation), at the end of the definition of “appropriate NHS trust” there is added “and NHS foundation trust has the meaning given by section 1(1) of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003”.
