3.  Where any street is stopped up under article 10 of this Order, any specified undertaker whose apparatus is in the street shall have the same powers and rights in respect of that apparatus as it enjoyed immediately before the stopping up, but nothing in this paragraph shall affect any right of DLRL or of the specified undertaker to require the removal of that apparatus under paragraph 8 or the power of DLRL to carry out works under paragraphs 20 to 29.E+W

4.  DLRL shall give not less than 28 days' notice in writing of its intention to stop up any street under article 10 of this Order to any specified undertaker whose apparatus is in that street.E+W
