Amendment of the Working Tax Credit Entitlement Regulations

10.  In regulation 14 (relevant child care charges)—

(a) in paragraph (1) after “responsible” insert “within the meaning of regulation 3 of the Child Tax Credit Regulations 2002”, and

(b) omit paragraph (7).
