The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12(2) of the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 20031, hereby makes the following Order:
1.
This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004.
2.
Sections 2 to 11 of the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003 shall come into force on 7th January 2004.

This Order brings into force sections 2 to 11 of the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003 (c. 25) on 7th January 2004, when the whole of this Act will be in force.
